Prompt, thorough, and friendly. I waited while my oil change was being done. It took just under an hour. I've been using these guys since before it was the Car Doctor and when my car was brand new off the Ford lot next door.

I brought my 2016 Buick Encore in to find out why it was overheating, well it need a new coolant housing. After that was fixed and almost ready to go, while on a test drive, the coolant reservoir, sprung a leak. So they ordered the part and put the car on priority status. To get it done the nicest part was they went through the car with a fine tooth comb to make sure everything was good to go. It was expensive but worth it.

I'd never been to the Car Doctor until recently when my car's clutch failed. I had to get towed in right around closing time. I called to make arrangements and Laura said they'd be willing to stay a little late to receive my vehicle. I really appreciated being able to meet someone in person before leaving my vehicle. While the vehicle was in the shop, Rick kept me apprised of the situation and sent itemized estimates that I could approve via text. I requested some additional repairs which they were willing to do, too. And they got everything done. If you need good work done and want a friendly team who keeps you informed, I would highly recommend the Car Doctor. Thanks, guys!

I took my car to the car doctor because my ABS kicks on while driving when it shouldn't. I took it in and paid $387.50 for the diagnostic. Then another $350 for repair. The problem with the ABS happened again immediately after taking it home. I immediately let them know and took it back and they did some things that they thought might fix it and said that when they drove it there were no issues. I took it home and again the ABS problem still happened. So I went back and took the technician for a test drive to show them what it is doing. My car did what I've been explaining. They kept it again for the day. When I picked it up I was a told the owner wasnt sure what all was going on so he'd get the tech. The tech explained he's not sure what's going on. I could possibly try getting a new different type of tires and try that or maybe the ABS sensor had issues but he can't really tell. I said that I was told they garentee their work and you don't pay if they don't fix it. He said they did fix what the diagnosis i explained I brought it in for the ABS issues and that was not fixed. He argued that tires would fix it. I said that that's not what the technician said he said he didnt know. He told me the tech was not supposed to say that to me. I said yeah probably not for you but he did and the issue is not resolved and I am not satisfied paying that amount for the problem not being fixed if they garentee their work. He was getting worked up saying they helped me out. I disagreed and said I would make a review with my experience if they weren't going to continue to find the problem or refund me for not fixing the thing I brought it in for. He refused and I said was disappointed he got paid without fixing it and said i'd leave and tried to my keys which he pulled out of my hands. I said again they weren't are keeping their word on garenteed work he called my a f*****g b***h and shut the door shut on my as I tried to follow him out. Once I was out I ask if that was how he always ran his business calling customers names and that it was not professional. He then called me a stupid c***. I spent a lot of money to not have the problem fixed. My ABS kicked on while driving home. I could have went somewhere cheaper for diagnostic but choose them for their garentee of their work or no cost if they didnt fix the issue. I left with a lot less money and same problem. I do not think they should false advertise that they would not charge if not fixed and that they garentee their work. Nor do I think they should talk to customers that way! All around terrible experience. I left crying and disappointed!
